Pre-K 3

PRE-K3 (Four Year Olds)

School readiness does not reside only in your child’s head.  To prepare your child for Kindergarten we strive to foster three primary skills: the ability to effectively communicate, follow instructions, and to work cooperatively with peers.  These social skills are the foundation of academic success.  The academic achievement of our SuperKids is a direct result of this emotional and social emphasis toward preparedness.  Our graduates are more than prepared to meet the demands of Kindergarten and far beyond.

We encourage exploration, curiosity and open discussion.  Children get quality one-on-one time with the teachers as they are learning our advanced curriculum in the subjects of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Arts and Music.  Practical hands on learning in centers helps to reinforce academic knowledge through creative expression and shared play.  We strive to instill a sense of accomplishment and pride in each of our students as they work on projects, lessons and presentations.  The Pre-K3 classes have ample opportunity to work both as a group and independently throughout the day.

We also feel it is important for our Pre-K3 students to feel comfortable speaking in front of a class, talking to adults and working out problems publically with confidence.  We schedule at least two opportunities for the Pre-K3 classes to perform on stage in front of a large audience of family and friends to enhance and applaud these skills.
